Protestants or evangelicals? how do you the salvation is only by faith?will God ask you how much faith ?

how do you have in his son? because I don't think God will ask did you have enough faith? and did you accept jesus christ? if God is universal.. he can't be just christian... anybody who believes in God and do the good actions..
